The Power of Delegation: Empowering People and Performance is a practical, interactive leadership course designed to help managers and leaders move from doing everything themselves to effectively leading through others. Effective delegation is more than assigning tasks—it is a powerful tool for developing employees, building trust, increasing ownership, and creating the capacity leaders need to focus on higher-value priorities. Participants will learn how to determine what to delegate, select the right person for the assignment, communicate expectations clearly, and provide the appropriate level of support without micromanaging.

Through realistic workplace scenarios, delegation exercises, discussions, and hands-on practice, participants will develop a repeatable approach to delegating responsibilities while maintaining accountability for results.
